You'll own and scale the Live Entertainment vertical in the DACH region for a leading event ticketing platform. Your work will directly impact major festivals, touring promoters, and concert operators by closing high-stakes deals. You'll mentor a team of AEs and help define the go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the Live Entertainment vertical in DACH.
• Close high-impact deals with C-level executives.
• Build and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy for Live Entertainment.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
• 5+ years in full-cycle sales.
• Proven player-coach mentality.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and revenue predictability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Live Entertainment or Ticketing.
• Additional languages beyond German and English.
• Knowledge of event-based operations.
