You'll ensure satellite flight readiness at the launch base, overseeing mechanical integration and designing ground support equipment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical integration of satellites at the launch site.
• Design Mechanical Ground Support Equipment for launch operations.
• Oversee assembly, qualification testing, and configuration of satellite hardware.
• Enforce aerospace standards across all mechanical operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in aerospace or high-flow manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, Catia).
• Experience with aerospace hardware integration and MGSE design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automated integration systems in aerospace assembly.
• Advanced proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Previous experience leading small teams through a full launch campaign.
