Description

You will execute and optimize programmatic campaigns with a focus on digital video (CTV/OTT, Digital Video, Audio Streaming) to drive member acquisition and brand growth. You'll manage end-to-end campaign execution, negotiate deals, apply audience and data strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on programmatic trading experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record in executing successful programmatic video campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs (Yahoo, Amazon, DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Strong working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Execute programmatic campaigns across CTV/OTT, Digital Video, Audio Streaming to meet CPA, ROAS, VCR KPIs
  • Negotiate and manage programmatic deals (PMPs, Preferred, Guaranteed) for premium inventory
  • Drive audience strategy using first-party data and advanced analytics tools
  • Manage trafficking, ad serving, and tag implementation in CM360
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align trading strategies with business objectives
