💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic legal support for Pipedrive's global commercial operations, focusing on commercial contracting and cross-functional business partnership. You'll drive successful legal outcomes while building strong stakeholder relationships across the organization in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate global commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts
• Provide strategic legal guidance on transaction structure and risk to internal stakeholders
• Create and refine contract templates, playbooks, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably with SaaS or technology companies
• Proven track record structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Deep understanding of SaaS agreements and software licensing terms
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
