Description

You will learn all aspects of our business and culture through comprehensive training, providing customers with financial products and services in the title, payday, and signature loan industry. This role involves handling multiple tasks while engaging with customers in person and over the phone, with the goal of managing your own branch after training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Basic math skills and pleasant phone voice
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive training program
• Manage own branch after training

• Work 40-hour week, including Saturdays
