• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions for assigned caseload

• Maintain clinical documentation and records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (on-site & telehealth)
