You'll lead Unity development across all studio projects for a growing puzzle games publisher. Your work will directly impact top-charting games and you'll shape technical standards and processes for the entire team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Unity development across all studio projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Art, QA, Data)
• Manage Unity development team and technical processes
• Architect and improve project structure across the studio

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Unity experience
• 2+ years in a similar leadership role
• Strong C# and architectural patterns knowledge
• Experience with performance optimization and SDK integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jenkins CI for iOS/Android builds
• Knowledge of Growthbook, Applovin, Appsflyer
• Experience with native store SDKs (Game Center, Google Play)
