Description

You will collaborate with enterprise customers to design and deliver tailored identity and access management solutions using Auth0, driving customer success and accelerating sales cycles in a pre-sales architect role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in identity protocols: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, LDAP
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks, mobile development, backend development), and developer tooling for identity integrations
• Ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes and articulate ROI to stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills leveraging multiple mediums like whiteboarding
• Experience deploying identity and access management solutions in large and complex environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and security needs, design tailored IAM solutions using Auth0
• Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders
• Deliver live architecture workshops, drive proof of concepts, and pilot deployments to showcase Auth0 capabilities
• Partner with account teams to define account strategies and drive customer success
• Act as a conduit between customers and product teams, ensuring feedback informs the product roadmap
