🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Native, etc.
• Manage and scale advertising budgets with focus on ROI and ROAS.
• Develop growth strategies to increase revenue and user acquisition.
• Monitor and optimize CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying.
• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platform.

✨ Nice to Have

• Search arbitrage experience.
• Affiliate marketing background.
• Experience in AdTech or performance-driven environments.
