• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz through product promotion, social media, and BOPIS/curbside.
• Manage operations like shrink prevention, payroll, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Ability to merchandise and handle physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
