- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and testing

- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- 3+ years with complex cloud-based solutions
- Programming skills in AWS Lambda and Python
