  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and testing

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience with Amazon Connect
  • 3+ years with complex cloud-based solutions
  • Programming skills in AWS Lambda and Python
