💼 About This Role

You'll ensure venue functionality before, during, and after concerts and events. Perform painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks to keep the venue in top shape. This role offers hands-on work in a live entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects.
• Maintain venue systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Inspect systems to detect malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Assist with purchasing work materials and coordinating with vendors.

📋 Requirements

• Must have immediate knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems.
• Organized with previous supervision experience.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Nice to Have

• National Electrical Code a plus.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
