💼 About This Role

You'll support QMS documentation and compliance evidence collection for a clinical AI company. You'll help maintain audit readiness and track CAPAs. This is a part-time contractor role with potential for impact in a Series C-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track document control processes and version management
• Collect and organize evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits
• Maintain CAPA and NCR tracking logs and status reports
• Update compliance dashboards and metrics trackers

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in compliance or quality assurance
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and 21 CFR Part 11 evidence requirements
• Experience with audit evidence collection and document control
• Ability to track CAPA/NCR documentation and training records

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 documentation
• Familiarity with GDPR or CCPA data subject request processing
