This fully remote role offers the chance to support modernization initiatives including cloud-native development and AI-assisted SDLC tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own engineering delivery for assigned product areas
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and execution
• Provide hands-on technical leadership via design and code reviews
• Directly manage software engineers, including coaching and career development
