Description

In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of publisher clients, providing world-class customer service and troubleshooting ad technology issues. You'll manage account setup, ensure timely technical integrations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver customized implementation plans. Your goal is to ensure higher returns for end customers by generating competitive insights and responding to escalations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Header Bidding, oRTB protocol, RTB/PMP, and ad networks
  • Proficiency in Excel, preferably Excel Macros, MS Access; knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using complex data sets to track performance trends and identify anomalies
  • Ad Trafficking exposure using Ad Servers such as DFP
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools for prompt-based workflow and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage account setup and maintain accounts on PubMatic system
  • Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and service excellence during implementation
  • Work with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans
  • Keep multiple support systems updated (Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk)
  • Respond to escalations for publisher and demand clients regarding integration issues, discrepancies, brand safety
