You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the Astro platform. You'll drive pipeline growth through outbound outreach and partner with sales and marketing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead conversion strategies.
  • Use Salesforce and sales automation tools to track outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Astronomer's value proposition.

📋 Requirements

  • Open to all experience levels; sales or business development background preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and self-motivated.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to prospects.
