You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the Astro platform. You'll drive pipeline growth through outbound outreach and partner with sales and marketing teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads.
- Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead conversion strategies.
- Use Salesforce and sales automation tools to track outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Astronomer's value proposition.
📋 Requirements
- Open to all experience levels; sales or business development background preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient and self-motivated.
- Able to explain technical concepts to prospects.
