💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting a federal agency's legal mission by processing FOIA requests and performing litigation support tasks. You'll conduct searches, analyze documents, and handle redactions and coding. This role offers the chance to work on government innovation projects with a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsive documents
• Redact and code responsive documents
• Perform legal research
• Draft legal documents

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study
• One year of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with FOIA processing and applying exemptions
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years experience with Nuix Investigate
• Two years of FOIA processing for federal agencies
• Fluency in FOIA statutory and regulatory guidelines
