π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and manage compensation programs including base pay and incentives.
- Lead annual compensation cycles such as merit increases and equity grants.
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
π Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Strong expertise in compensation design and equity programs.

- Experience with global or multi-region total rewards programs.
- Experience with Workday and Radford/WTW compensation systems.
