💼 About This Role

You'll support customers' technical teams during integration of D&B API products, providing best practice advice and issue resolution. You'll act as a mentor and lead continuous improvement projects. This role offers hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and guide customer's proposed architecture and API calls
• Support customer issue resolution until Go-Live or Stabilization
• Create or modify architectural solution documents
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to overcome technical challenges

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 8 years in building functional solution architectures
• Minimum 5 years in a customer facing role
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of Java, .NET, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
• Fluency in additional languages relevant to the market
