You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers. You'll ensure safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment. This role requires a solution-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers including painting, plumbing, and basic electric work.
• Document work performed and parts used daily.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and flexible schedule for after-hours emergencies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Basic computer operations related to position
