💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic commercial accounts for frontier AI adoption in Montreal's private sector. You will guide organizations through secure AI implementation, driving measurable impact while navigating compliance and risk. This role offers the chance to shape how key institutions leverage AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own success and growth of Canadian private sector customers
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO)
• Guide customers through AI adoption lifecycle
• Conduct executive business reviews demonstrating ROI

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success or similar enterprise roles
• 3-5 years with large enterprises in technology or consulting
• Track record of managing complex strategic accounts
• Experience with secure AI deployments and compliance

• Knowledge of Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, PHIPA)
• Experience with hybrid/on-premises deployments
