You'll design and maintain automation solutions that improve the employee digital experience and reduce manual effort in workplace service management. You'll work with modern endpoint management and collaboration tools to automate repetitive tasks. This role combines technical expertise with an understanding of end-user needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify automation opportunities in device provisioning and software deployment.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using scripting or native tools.
• Automate repetitive tasks in endpoint management and collaboration tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes for reliability and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
