You'll build high-performance Flutter applications for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions of users across multiple international markets. Your core impact will be delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric features through hands-on development and architectural thinking. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter apps with focus on performance and usability.
• Review technical specs, define solution approaches, and present architectural decisions.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows, app store release cycles, and monitor live performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter and Dart development experience.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, navigation, and state management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth2 or token-based authentication.
• Proficient in Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic.
