You'll deliver in-person training sessions on Verkada's full product suite to customers ranging from C-level executives to hands-on technicians. You'll drive learning outcomes and act as a product evangelist. This role involves 50-60% travel across the Eastern US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver energetic in-person training sessions adapting to all skill levels
• Be subject matter authority on Verkada's full product suite
• Describe solutions including network security, product selection, and deployment
• Contribute to VCE Program curriculum refinement and long-term growth

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as Technical Trainer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in Networking, IT Security, or related field
• Strong background in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, etc.)
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications (AWS, CCNA, CISSP, etc.)
• Background in Cloud Security and IoT devices
