Description

You will own the business strategy and operations for Carvana's dealership fixed operations (service), driving revenue, profitability, and customer experience. You'll set the strategic roadmap, partner cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with Stellantis programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
• 7+ years experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or similar roles
• Proven analytical skills (SQL, Tableau)
• Self-starter with ability to lead first-time assignments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own fixed operations P&L performance (revenue, labor efficiency, parts margin, warranty recovery)
• Define and execute demand generation strategy for service drive (campaigns, pricing, volume forecasting)
• Identify opportunities for improvement via technology, process, or system enhancements
• Serve as primary point of contact for Stellantis Fixed Ops and Mopar, managing warranty programs and compliance
• Oversee dealership assets, vendor performance, and compliance audits
