You'll lead the European Quality organization and act as the primary Quality representative, engaging with regulatory authorities like EMA. You'll also drive inspection readiness and oversee external partners across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and oversee EU Quality Management System compliance.
• Lead European Quality organization and regulatory interactions.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change control, and risk management.
• Oversee external manufacturing and distribution partners.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
• 20+ years GxP Quality experience in pharma or biotech.
• Deep expertise in EU regulatory frameworks (GMP, GDP, ICH).
• Proven track record building Quality organizations.

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD, PharmD, or MSc preferred.
• Experience in oncology or innovative therapies.
• Previous interaction with European health authorities.
