💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and assist in periods of high volume, providing excellent customer service while driving sales. You'll support new employees and ensure store operations run smoothly.

• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers of products
• Open and close the store, manage cash and tills
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Train new employees on store procedures

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
