You'll lead and develop a team of Account Executives to grow school partnerships at Zen Educate, an EdTech platform that helps schools save money on temporary staffing. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales culture. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to hit revenue targets
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
- Refine go-to-market strategy and sales processes
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering against targets in high-growth environment
- Experience leading and developing B2B or SaaS sales teams
- Strong commercial instincts with strategic and execution balance
- Ability to manage complex, relationship-led sales cycles
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in education technology or marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with multi-school partnership negotiations
- Background in scaling sales processes
