💼 About This Role

You'll own the architecture, reliability, and evolution of the cloud platform powering our engineering organization. You'll lead a cross-functional team spanning Cloud Platform, DevOps, SRE, and Data Engineering to define how infrastructure, services, and data systems are built, deployed, and operated at scale. This role balances deep technical leadership with strategic platform vision in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive technical direction of the cloud platform
• Architect and operate Kubernetes-based environments
• Lead development of CI/CD systems and deployment workflows
• Build self-service tooling for deploying and operating services

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Proven experience as a technical lead driving architecture and execution
• Strong proficiency with Go, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading SRE or reliability programs
• Background in robotics, UAVs, or distributed hardware systems
• Experience with AWS and large-scale cloud environments
