You'll act as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise customers, aligning Saviynt's PAM capabilities with their security and compliance goals. You'll own the renewal pipeline, drive product adoption, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI and security posture improvements. This role offers the opportunity to shape the customer experience for a leader in identity security.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as primary strategic advisor for C-suite and IAM leadership
  • Manage subscription renewal pipeline and identify at-risk accounts
  • Lead data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Guide customers through PAM maturity curve to advanced features

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (TAM, CSM, Account Management)
  • 2+ years deep experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Proven ability to navigate Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise architectures
  • Track record of managing 25-30 enterprise accounts simultaneously

  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or Saviynt-specific)
  • Experience with Identity Governance (IGA)
  • Commercial acumen in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
