Description

Lead managed services engagements for healthcare organizations using InterSystems technologies—owning client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with clinical and operational outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise client-facing experience (Managed Services, Healthcare IT, Consulting, or Cloud)
  • Experience with InterSystems healthcare platforms (IRIS, HealthShare, IntelliCare, or TrakCare)
  • Experience managing executive relationships in healthcare organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, DICOM)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and cloud-hosted healthcare platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own full managed services lifecycle for healthcare clients (onboarding, optimization, renewal)
  • Establish governance structures and conduct executive business reviews
  • Monitor service consumption and financial performance against contract scope
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure SLA compliance for clinical systems
  • Lead incident management and executive communications for critical outages
