Description
Lead managed services engagements for healthcare organizations using InterSystems technologies—owning client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with clinical and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years enterprise client-facing experience (Managed Services, Healthcare IT, Consulting, or Cloud)
- Experience with InterSystems healthcare platforms (IRIS, HealthShare, IntelliCare, or TrakCare)
- Experience managing executive relationships in healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, DICOM)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and cloud-hosted healthcare platforms
Responsibilities
- Own full managed services lifecycle for healthcare clients (onboarding, optimization, renewal)
- Establish governance structures and conduct executive business reviews
- Monitor service consumption and financial performance against contract scope
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure SLA compliance for clinical systems
- Lead incident management and executive communications for critical outages
