🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GTM analytics and planning strategies for global multi-segment sales organization.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for revenue operations.
• Oversee sales performance measurement including win rates, funnel efficiency, and forecasting.
• Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning initiatives like territory planning and quota setting.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience (6+ years) in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS.
• Proven expertise in GTM planning processes including quota modeling and sales capacity planning.
• Strong technical proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling and forecasting.
