💼 About This Role

You'll join the Motor Pricing team to deliver technical pricing and portfolio analysis for UK and European markets. You'll independently manage end-to-end pricing projects ensuring profitability and competitiveness. You'll own projects from analysis to committee-ready deliverables with high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver new contract pricing with profitability analyses and recommendations
• Optimize existing portfolios through performance diagnostics and pricing actions
• Maintain pricing tools including datasets, models, scripts, and reports
• Prepare review packs and analyses for partner committees

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in Motor pricing for European or UK markets
• Excellent actuarial and analytical skills to produce decision-grade analyses
• Ability to deliver committee-ready outputs with clear narratives and quantified impacts
• Comfort working with stakeholders across Risk, Reinsurance, and Data
