📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in oncology/hematology clinical studies
• Interpretation of clinical research results including safety and efficacy
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Early phase development and/or cell therapy experience
• Familiarity with statistical principles
