• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of complex, scalable systems.

• Collaborate across Product, Data, and business functions on technical vision.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive engineering best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Significant Ruby on Rails and TypeScript production experience.
• Proven experience leading delivery of large-scale systems independently.
• Track record as a Product Engineer shipping features without dedicated PMs.

• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
