🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Develop and document scalable, repeatable workflows aligning with business goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes
• Create comprehensive training materials and onboard new team members

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive Change Coordination or Program Management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Proven track record of automotive projects from concept to series production
• Strong project management skills managing multiple teams and deadlines
