• Advanced expertise in HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and local employment laws
• Knowledge of global HR practices and regulations across multiple countries
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills in diverse distributed teams
• Agile, resilient, customer-centered approach with high discretion and integrity
