You'll lead a team of data scientists to drive product strategy and democratize data at Figma. You'll partner with product, engineering, and finance to uncover opportunities and improve workflows through data-driven insights. This role can be remote from anywhere in the United States.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and grow a team of data scientists and managers
• Champion data quality, accessibility, and democratization
• Establish trust and accountability across teams
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams to drive impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing high-output data science teams
• 7+ years in Analytics or Data Science
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and experimentation
• Experience working on AI tools or collaborative software
