π― What You'll Do
- Deliver audience, cultural, and social insights for social-first strategy
- Conduct social channel audits and competitor reviews
- Monitor brand reputation using social listening tools
- Build frameworks for measuring creative and content performance
π Requirements
- Research and insights background working with social or influencer teams
- Proven experience identifying social and cultural trends
- Expert user of social listening platforms like Brandwatch and Sprinklr
- Strong data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences

- Experience with panel and survey providers like GWI, YouGov
- Interest in behavioral science approaches
