💼 About This Role

You'll work on Golang-based development of the open-source Terragrunt project, an Infrastructure as Code orchestrator. You'll build features, fix bugs, and improve workflows for thousands of platform teams. This role offers the chance to contribute to a widely-used open source tool and a path to full-time employment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop new features and enhance existing Terragrunt functionality
• Provide customer support and resolve GitHub issues
• Contribute to open source community and review PRs
• Participate in async collaboration and weekly sync-ups

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Significant Golang experience on multi-user projects
• Experience testing Golang codebases and CI
• Experience contributing to open source software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTofu/Terraform and Terragrunt at scale
• Experience delegating feature ownership and prioritization
• Familiarity with Gruntwork's other open source projects
