You will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers at Carvana's dealership, guiding them through the maintenance and repair process while ensuring an exceptional experience. You'll act as the liaison between technicians and customers, managing repair orders, estimates, and communication to deliver a no-hassle service experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience
  • Proven experience as Service Advisor or similar in automotive dealership
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
  • Advise customers on recommended services and provide cost estimates
  • Communicate repair status and updates to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager for timely completion
  • Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
