💼 About This Role

You'll develop and manage a comprehensive government affairs strategy to advance Findhelp's mission. You'll build relationships with elected officials and key decision makers to establish Findhelp as a thought leader in social care referral. This role is at a mission-driven company with a half-million programs in its network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage strategy for strengthening relationships with elected officials and government agencies.
• Establish market development strategy including outreach to government agencies in states.
• Identify priority legislative, government relations and business opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for state legislators, executive branch decision-makers, and local officials.

📋 Requirements

• 8 or more years of diversified government relations leadership experience.
• Experience working with senior executives, government affairs directors, and policymakers.
• Entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to grow the organization.
• Ability to work across party and ideological boundaries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technology industry or health care policy experience.
• Operational legislative or government service-related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Government, or Public Policy.
