Description

You will oversee operational project management for HR systems initiatives, serving as the technical liaison for People Operations systems. You'll partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, business leaders, and external vendors to gather requirements, support implementations and integrations, optimize processes, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, IT, Engineering or related area.
  • 6+ years experience in project management, HRIS, or supporting HR technologies.
  • Proven experience leading system and integration implementations.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills including business process flows and presentations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG Pro, Workday), Greenhouse ATS, Cornerstone Talent Management Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational project management for HR initiatives, managing multiple projects including assessments, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, and enterprise-level implementations.
  • Partner with internal HR functional teams, IT PMO, component companies HR, vendors, and external partners to drive successful project execution and improve day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as lead technical liaison for People Operations systems, ensuring alignment between HR, IT, and business needs.
  • Work with business process owners and leaders to gather and document system requirements, including development of SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, drive root cause analysis and resolution for issues.
