You'll support customers in resolving billing and payment inquiries for a B2B SaaS platform. You'll ensure accurate account balances and deliver a world-class support experience. This role collaborates closely with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection teams.

• Resolve billing inquiries including receipts, credit notes, and invoices.
• Assist customer-facing teams with invoicing and payment management.
• Maintain accurate customer account balances.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection teams.

📋 Requirements

• Native-level French
• Fluent English
• First experience in B2B SaaS customer support or transferable experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset.
