💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement zero-trust security architectures for a regulated digital banking platform. You'll balance protection with product velocity in a fast-growing fintech startup. You'll own end-to-end vulnerability management and incident response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design zero-trust security architectures for cloud and hybrid environments
• Implement field-level encryption for PCI/PII data and key management
• Lead vulnerability management and incident response for production systems
• Partner with engineering teams to embed security into development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of production AWS security experience in regulated environments
• Proven PCI-DSS or financial regulatory compliance implementation
• Hands-on incident response and disaster recovery drill leadership
• Startup or high-growth environment building security programs from scratch

✨ Nice to Have

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification
• CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or CISM certification
• Experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet next-gen firewalls
