🎯 What You'll Do

• Design structured adoption plans for data and AI platforms
• Translate technical impacts into role-based change narratives
• Define and track adoption metrics and dashboards
• Facilitate training and enablement sessions for client teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years change management leadership for data and AI transformations
• 4+ years consulting experience with external clients
• Proven experience with full change lifecycle including rollout and optimization
• Depth in OCM methods: change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, adoption measurement

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR framework applied to AI initiatives
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP
• Understanding of AI capabilities including ML, GenAI, and AI agents
