🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers
• Develop scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers
• Identify at-risk accounts and escalate as needed
• Deliver remote services including software installation and training

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as Customer Success Manager or similar role
• Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity
• Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
• Ability to interface with multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with product technical aspects
