💼 About This Role

You'll own the design, automation, and continuous improvement of production workflows that transform satellite imagery into customer-grade insights. Your core impact is defining the operating model—steps, frameworks, and policies—that determine how insights are produced, including human-in-the-loop policies and automation thresholds. This role is not customer-facing and not a feature PM role; you'll own operating KPIs like cost per insight and cycle time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end production workflow for each product: steps, cohort logic, handoffs, SLAs.
• Author operating frameworks for individual steps (e.g., image acquisition, model QC).
• Set autonomy and human-in-the-loop policies and confidence thresholds.
• Own operating metrics: cost per insight, cycle time, manual touches per job.

📋 Requirements

• 9-13 years total experience with at least 4-6 years as a Product Manager.
• Owned an internal, operational, or platform-style product.
• Demonstrated ownership of operating KPIs (cost, cycle time, automation %) under real accountability.
• Proven ability to shape cross-functional outcomes at scale.
