You'll join the Platform team building the shared technical foundations that make Tinybird reliable, scalable, and observable. You'll work on backend services, infrastructure, and CI/CD to support product and customer growth. This role blends software engineering and production operations to create leverage for the whole company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain critical backend services and platform components
• Profile and improve performance of critical paths
• Reduce operational toil by automating manual processes
• Improve observability stack: telemetry, dashboards, alerting

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building backend services or distributed systems
• Highly proficient in Python
• Experience debugging incidents and improving production reliability
• Willing to participate in on-call rotations

• Experience with Kubernetes lifecycle and cluster infrastructure
• Knowledge of SQL and real-time analytical systems
• Experience with CI/CD foundations
