🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product design strategy for the Text App.
• Represent design in company leadership planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps.
• Establish design standards including principles, patterns, and accessibility.
• Lead AI-first design patterns for conversational and agentic experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design experience.
• 3+ years leading design teams in high-scale environments.
• Experience scaling design teams and maintaining quality at speed.
• Proven ability to connect design to business outcomes like conversion and retention.
